It Shall be Jacketed, insulated scrapper rotating heat exchanger made from 16mm Stainless steel plate. Milk is scraped promptly by rotating scrapper fixed with upward direction .The scrapper shall be driven by 1.5 Hp. geared motor Machine structure in S.S. rectangle pipes. Mechanical geared system provide for tilting operation Machine shall be complete with Steam trap, safety valve ,pressure gauge ,air vent, etc. ball valve with bend & S.S. cone for jar provided for drain out the liquid & solid product respectively. Also we shall provide Automatic & Manual Hydraulic Tilting System.
